Mix together:
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
Stir in:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
